Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, to best serve all of our clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a late cancellation.

No-Show:

Missing an appointment without any prior notification will be considered a no-show.

Late/No-Show Fee:

In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, you will be charged a fee of $50.00. This fee is not typically reimbursable by insurance and is your direct responsibility.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to an emergency, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

Consistent failure to adhere to this policy may result in a review of our therapeutic relationship and potentially the termination of services.
